What’s that you say? L&D? Learning and Development of course. New to me, but apparently a part of HR depts in enterprises. I also don’t know how big of a company you have to be to use the word “enterprise” or to have a HR dept, or to do L&D… but it seems to me that PSA DLE is kind of what the L&D dept does…create and conduct defined learning experiences to develop their workforce/ employees.

And another interesting question, how to measure the ROI, or in educational terms, the assessment function… did the desired learning take place? Was the DLE effective? How effective? What changes could be made in the next innovative iteration?
