Wix was formerly “Flash” based, which as we know is not supported by Apple for iOS devices. But they have a new version which is HTML5 based. The main point is that there is a spectrum of ways to support online courses, and using a service like Wix which is kind of “turnkey” is just one. There’s the packages such as IDEA uses which have various functions one can “activate”, and there’s do your own code and test it with your own “virtual server”, and then just rent server space somewhere. Or even host it yourself on your won server.
