This is the link Gary shared with us via email. LoudCloud says they are a ALL NEW LMS, built on latest tech from ground up, instead of “legacy platforms” such as Blackboard. This is a useful example of someone trying to put it all together as of right now, and we can benefit from examining how they’ve done it, what elements they are using, how it’s put together.
So then we can perhaps put together our own set of elements, and maybe use a “LoudCloud” for a base.

This was especially good timing by Gary, in that Kris and I are meeting with Dr. Sanchez of LCPS to discuss their “Virtual Academy” initiative on July 19, and LoudCloud represents the kind of technology a school district “might” be interested in.
