NYTimes article on NM schools and teacher evaluations being pushed by NM Ed Sec. Hannah Skandera.
This article generated a lot of comments, which I’ve saved into a pdf that’s not as graphically clean as reading the story at NYTimes site, but has all the text of the comments…which can be very interesting. Mostly quality responses, and the variety of opinions on what policy should be for education and teachers in NM, and elsewhere, is profuse.
The comments easily have more “content” than what fits into one “story”…which shows a bit of how online education as a social learning construct can “work”…from so many contributions. Â Someday comments like this will be a series of video clips, easier to consume and “flip through”, and search.
