Pike’s Fish Market in Seattle gets a lot of notice, and it turns out they have a “system” they use for “training” employees to manifest the Pike’s “thing”. A company called CRM Learning has put together materials on this process of training, including various videos.
Which are expensive. ($950)… however, one can rent a “free” preview DVD for 15 days, which has a watermark on it throughout, and one has to pay shipping in return and “can’t be late” in sending it back.
