A press release by Finance New Mexico in LCSN regarding something called “Startup Weekends” which occur across the state supporting small groups who have an idea/ project/ concept to develop. Part of the “Lean Startup Movement” nationwide, and supported/ promoted in NM by Eric Renz Whitmore, among others.
“It speaks well of New Mexico that there’s this much energy,” said Eric Renz-Whitmore, community manager at New Mexico Tech Council and an organizer of statewide Startup Weekends.
Note one project in startup weekend here recently in LC concerned connecting non profits with volunteers, something PSA could use, as could most non profits. Much needed app.
