Kudos to Gary for sharing the Globecomm presentation slides from the recently completed “Eliot Massie’s Learning 2015 conference in Florida. Some of this has direct application to DLE development and best practices.
For example slide 12 is called “capturing the learning need”…which could easily fit into our PSA 7 core elements list. Seems to correspond to “assessment” of where the learner is “coming from” to match learner needs with content access.
What we are missing with just the slides is the audio elaboration given by the presenter. Might be fun sometime to contact Mr. Behan for more explanations of topics in the slides. Maybe a Skype interview?
