Tutoring and mentoring are two ways of enacting learning, and both are enhanced by cloud tools. In some ways future teachers will resemble these more “one on one” learning guides than they will the “sage on the stage” model of one per 25-35 students. So it’s worth our time to examine how the “one on one” model works today. Of course it doesn’t have to be “one on one”…”One on a small group”, a social learning construct in PSA parlance, will also be ubiquitous in future learning landscapes.
