IN the realm of proposals PSA doesn’t agree with, there’s the current FCC plans to eliminate “Net Neutrality” rules. Online learning thrives when local and regional entities have unfettered and uncontrolled and affordable access to learners wherever they may be. The same is true for advances in online healthcare. As with much telecom policy, this may well end up in the courts and could take a long time to be resolved. However, in the meantime, “Net Neutrality” protections might go away.
