Tony Dohrmann is CEO of SameDay Security, which also operates Electronic Caregiver out of 3 floors in downtown Las Cruces. He’s currently at CES in Las Vegas, and suggests he has an important product announcement to make there, in the next few days.
Dohrmann says he’s expecting the company to make waves at the show with its flagship product: Addison Caregiver, an electronic health monitoring system that interacts with its users through a female character of the same name. The artificial intelligence-based system has been years in the making. But its functionality has progressed faster than the company originally planned. The device was supposed to have reached its third generation by this time.
PSA views healthcare support using cloud and “in person” tools to be one piece of the puzzle of addressing core problems in New Mexico, and elsewhere. Students who are chronically absent for health problems, or not healthy in class, will not learn like they could if healthier. Adult learners also lose time and energy when health problems interrupt learning programs.
It seems obvious, but in a state where 75% of the students qualify for the free lunch programs, health problems go hand in hand with low-income, and poor healthcare.
