Tracey Bryan has been working with The Bridge of Southern NM for many years now, and continues to make an impact in the nexus between educational institutions, workforce development, and local businesses. In a recent column in the LCSN she describes the national recognition The Bridge has garnered for the way it does things, which is considered innovative and an example for other communities.

Communities across the country are working furiously to meaningfully close talent gaps — misalignment between education and employment — to drive business retention, expansion and attraction.

Tracey also notes the importance of communication in reaching above goals, something PSA is “all about”, and points to www.NewMexicoTrueTalent.org as a resource in that endeavor.

It might be a rich encounter to arrange a discussion with David Greenberg and Tracey Bryan, as they represent two perspectives that use different ways of talking about learning problems and opportunities for success, but also overlap in goals and approach.
