Electronic Caregiver is a corporation who owns (or leases) the former WellsFargo tallest building in the Mesilla Valley. They were last heard of at PSA site when they announced some AI based medical device and software some months ago now. Claims at the time seemed on the optimistic side. But today, here they are working with NMSU, in a manner that might portend further public private partnership in medical care down the road.
