STAT is one of the best medical news sites and they have just posted their well researched take on what’s happened and what’s ahead with the pandemic. We’d all like to know, but of course even informed speculation has its shortcomings. I did read the 47 pages, and my takeaway is that the report is very comprehensive, with a long list of Covid things to be aware of, to think of, to cope with. But that isn’t exactly news. The report suggests that by mid summer next year there will be a fairly high rate of vaccinations in the US population. As to how much we can rely on that suggestion, that’s probably still “up in the air”.
(Admin Note: We have a new PDF embedder plugin, that doesn’t open a new tab. Rather, one puts the cursor at the very bottom of the PDF window, and a Menu bar will appear, allowing page forward and back, as well as zoom in or out.)
