Of note, this article says students prefer online to in-person, with a few exceptions. If that continues, we’ll need large changes in the way we conceive of what a University is, and what a “campus” should be.
Another area where vast changes are needed: we have ongoing failures to address what various segments of the economy require. Perhaps incentives should be offered for those obtaining a CS degree? Maybe in combination with more online classes?
