The Hybrid Working Program provides best practices and strategies for navigating hybrid work from the world’s leading thinkers on work, organizations, and the human experience.

 

Hybrid Working is all about both the big picture and the day-to-day details of this massive workplace transformation, providing a path toward a new way of working that’s creative, connected, and deeply human.

 

We educate ourselves, our youth and our adults, for a long list of worthwhile reasons. Besides creating “viable self-governing citizenry”, we prepare people for the workplace. We are currently at one of those inflection points, where the future seems uncertain in regards to what work, careers, workplaces and workforce development will be.

 

The Hybrid Working Program has arisen to “tell companies how to do the future/present.” Presumably there are similar, or will be similar, for telling educational institutions “how to do future learning/ present learning.” One example recently posted here, was the story on “Content isn’t King, Cohorts are”.
