More and more parents feel that they need something else,” Amir Nathoo, the CEO of Outschool says.

 

“That’s driven by the challenges in the existing education system, and also challenges in the world driven by globalization.”

This is the sort of EdTech startup we need a lot more of, and the quote above about “needing something else for learning” could have been taken from any number of PSA posts over the years. A good model for LFH, or learning not tied to one physical building, can “blow up” from humble beginnings, as “Outschool” has done.
