MIT Tech Review has a current story on how the European Union is seeing OpenAI Chatbots, and to sum, they don’t like the privacy guards that OpenAI has in place for the training data. This sounds like a huge problem for OpenAI to surmount. But then the story mentions that this will end up in the EU courts, and take years to adjudicate. Who knows what/ where/ how ChatBot and Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) will have evolved by then.
