I attended the NM First facilitated event in August, hosted by Fast Forward NM. Attached are the recommendations developed by the various tracks.

Thanks Kris. My “show me” take on this list is that the “feel good” measures had virtually unanimous support, while the initiatives that would likely have the greatest impact were at the bottom – the bottom two (open access and telehealth reimbursement) could truly drive innovation and demonstrate the true value of broadband. I guess the problem is that everyone want to pad the wallets of the vested interests – whether the admit it or not.
