Interesting to see how this works out for government. Personally, I’m finding the Lean Startup approach useful in mapping out an organized focus for PSA.
As we set our hypotheses for our product, it makes much more sense to go talk to potential customers first to see what main problem they need solved, and test our hypotheses against that identified problem.
I also like the agile approach to product development. With a simple product form we can save so much money. Once the customers weigh in on the form, then we can make the changes that will improve the product.
