As you may recall, I’m on a listserv for White Sox fans…since 98…and one of our favorite scribes recently died.
I found a site called “WePay” that would aggregate contributions in memorium for a scholarship for his daughter, and we raised $1000 for her college education in about 3 weeks.Brainstorming on how to raise funds, we have so many contacts there’s a lot of different things we could try.
