I went to the Mindjet login online…entered my email address, and PW…and see you as still listed a member of the PSA account with Admin privileges. Your email for that account is listed as:
kriswitte@icloud.com.
Here’s what a screengrab of the above looks like.
Would you “try again” to login and see if you are still not showing what I’m seeing? Or what specific problems you are having today there…so I can address with Mindjet tech support. Thx!

Thanks. I was able to log on to the PSA account using the kriswitte@icloud email.
BTW, I realize that my Mindjet Connect is not expiring. While trying to find the PSA account, I started a new trial Witte Account that expires on 3/15.
Now, I guess we just need to upload the files we want so we can see if we can share and not get cut off at two files. I didn’t see any uploaded files in the PSA account.
Yes, upload away! I haven’t uploaded any yet… last I was messing with it, I hoped to be able to just “move” the files from my basic account folder into the PSA folder. But didn’t see how to do that immediately. Our man Ken Outlaw is out of the office until tomorrow: I’m still having crashes with my install of the desktop app version of Mindjet.
It’s hard for me too,trying to keep track of which email address I’ve used for which. IN fact, I think that may be my desktop trouble with Mindjet app…have conflict with email addresses used.
So of course, I’m just about to give us more email addresses to get in trouble with…psa email addresses. That’s this afternoon’s goal anyway.
While I’m talking tech support, did get responses to vCita contact questions. It’s possible to add more than one set of contact buttons on contact form for more than one person, but it involves upgrading to the paid version. Still thinking about what’s the best and most appropriate way for us to do “contacts”. Will put that decision off for a few days at least.
