As per “Presentism” article, I find it very hard to just focus on one thing online. Although at the moment I need to learn and work on Prezis as top priority.

So just a heads up here, that between now and April 3, I’m going to be not here in the dining room of PSA doing posts, comments, tech support etc… and also not working on our various as yet undone website tasks…all of  which are important but can’t be for the next week or so. It will be hard for me to “stay in the kitchen” as I am very curious what’s going on out in the restaurant…but am going to try.

Instead: Chopping and dicing and stirring over a low fire prezi elements, and learning what it takes to make the good ones, as opposed to the “amateur first draft ones” that I’ve done so far. Prezi kitchen may or may not also be where Kris and Gary are, cooking up their own dishes…hope so…it’s fun to collaborate and compare results and share accomplishments.  Taste someone else’s cooking….
