FYI: Prezi very recently updated the desktop app to 4.3.1 and removed the object library, which wasn’t working very well. This was an added feature to desktop with 4.3 so one would expect them to add it in again if they can get it working. Or maybe too many people are putting too many objects on their servers… I know I was putting as much as I could.
For now, the online version of creating prezi does work with the object library, so that’s the work around. Whatever you put in your library should be there.
We are learning how many bugs prezi has… and how quickly they fix the ones that show up with upgrades etc.
Interesting! My online and desktop version do not have a library. I have seen the library on the Lynda.com videos. Yet, we can insert items to “our collection” so library probably not important, or evolving.
Library = “our collection”… one and the same thing in Prezi.
