    Get past “Carrots and Sticks”… an idea that appeals to PSA about supporting learning.

    Also, kind of a model for what PSA hopes to be as an organization. Provide those conditions that create collaborative work opportunities…. listed by Pink as “Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose”…

    We aren’t budgeting salaries, but we are creating great working conditions in Daniel Pink’s view, and thus should attract people who want to work with us. An interesting experiment?
