We know that Ruben is relying on cell phone modems to deliver training in the El Paso colonias. Worldwide, cell phone connection to the internet seems to be the answer in many under developed countries.
I will have an opportunity to see for myself how well broadband works in the rural area we will soon call “second home”. We decided to add cell data service to our ipads just in case the broadband turns out to be “dial up”.
