The model sounds much like informal learning for any organization or business interested in engaging participants or clients. The strategy starts with understanding the patients. Using that knowledge, give the patients what they will find valuable and build a supportive relationship. Use the relationship with patients to ensure engagement in a reciprocal partnership.
