An earlier PSA post mentioned an internet connectivity survey in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. Quality data is needed to support the needs of the underserved in areas of Dona Ana County. With the following assistance from media and the press, perhaps the survey will reach the underserved without connectivity to respond online.
