We tasked CGPTo3 with finding deep underlying patterns that might exist in the top ineffable ideas, hoping this model could discover “new knowledge” and see patterns that hadn’t previously been known. Perhaps it would take another prompt to ask if any of the patterns GPTo3 discovered were new knowledge.
Imagine how useful it would be if AI tools can uncover key patterns and components of the human condition we were previously ignorant of. The hope might be we could address some of the obvious “holes in the bucket” of current humanity such as the challenges of power.
There’s also the possibility that we will not be able to understand the patterns that AI discovers.
