I have the Business Model Canvas on my whiteboard as a useful guide for PSA.
We now have (5) value propositions (core concepts):
Time slices, Defined Learning Experience, Dynamic Learning Plan, Social Learning Construct, and Motivation
According to Steve Blank, we now need to “get out of the building” to test our hypotheses with our customer segments:
1- agency staff working with clients online
2-agency clients accessing online services, support, training
I’ve completed two chapters through the Udacity, Lean Launch Pad class. Steve Blank suggests working as a team to build a lean start up. Of course, I could complete the course and take the quizzes for a certificate.
Steve Blank’s book, The Startup Owner’s Manual, is a handy reference tool…not to be read cover to cover, but referred to like an automobile manual.
I’ve also read The Lean Startup: How Today’s Entrepreneurs Use Continuous Innovation to Create Radically Successful Businesses. The book by Eric Ries describes the author’s personal experience with start ups.
