Testing an app called Lecture that combines a screen capture with video. The screen capture shows the whiteboard on my wall. The whiteboard shows the current state of the PSA Business Model Canvas. The canvas was explained in the Lean LaunchPad, How to build a start up, a Udacity open source course.
The “value propositions” shown on the Business Model Canvas are the concepts that PSA believes address the main pain for customer segments attempting online services or training.

I happened to see this and tried the link. When I used Chrome browser and clicked the “watch the recording” – I got a progress bar and a completely white “video” – I don’t think this is what you meant with whiteboard.
With IE, I get nothing when I click “watch the recording”; actually I get a small X’d our screen icon in the top left corner of the browser window.
Interesting! I sent the recording link to John by email and he was able to open it. He suggested that I try adding it to the PSA site.
