A post from Ignatia de Waard with a new report published from UK Higher Ed Academy focusing on flexible pedagogies for Technology Enhanced Learning.
As PSA seeks to align successful pedagogies (or andragogies) with flexible technology tools and resources, higher education offers some research useful in designing a successful DLP and DLE. The roles of the learners, teachers, and institution change with new developments such as the MOOC in accessing learner behavior data sets.
The post mentioned the conclusion section of the report providing some interesting future research actions.
Admin: what color do you use to highlight text? The colors I choose are too bright.
The standard for our posts, the bright green, looks much too bright on the white page, but against the grey background of the actual webpage it looks more reasonable as a highlight. When there’s only a few highlighted lines it works..when there’s a lot it gets too bright in total.
I wonder, if instead, a Word Doc, or a PDF…could be created with this text and uploaded to the site using the media library and linked to as opening in a separate window… that document could be highlighted whatever way you like. Perhaps the normal Word yellow highlight.
I’ll try that for an example.
