I added to the Mindjet map: Foundations for Value Propositions. The good news is I was able to upload the map so you can access at Mindjet: PSA folder. I wanted to work with the DLP so I also did a slide for that part, and then saved this PDF.
You will also find the screen capture in the media library.
I did as you suggested, working with the bike narrative. However, I did it all on the DLP because I still believe all your new topics belong to one or two large topics…DLE and DLP. It makes more sense for me to keep it together….not separate which I find confusing.
I’ll try it with Prezi next.
I know the link doesn’t work…surprise. You will find the PDF in the media library or the screen capture.
I looked at this post in “edit” view… and found a problem with your link as is.
Here’s what shows up as the link in the “chain button” popup insert window:
https://publicservicesalliance.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/DLP-map.pdf://
Note that at the end of that link there’s three characters that don’t belong there.
The Colon, and the 2 backslashes, are extra and shouldn’t be there. I don’t know how they got there…but as long as they are there, your link probably won’t work. When those three characters are removed, the link works.
So, possibly something you are doing is adding those 3 characters. If I watched you do it over your shoulder I might notice something you are doing that could account for it. Maybe the way you are copying the link, or where you are getting the link? Or maybe it’s not what you are doing, but something corrupted or buggy in the software you are using somehow.
Again, when I do the linking steps, in my posts and comments and pages, the link problem you are having doesn’t occur. But when I try to edit your posts with the links that don’t work, strange things happen. That means most likely there’s a fix for it so that it will work for you too.
BTW, I didn’t “fix” that link for you. Left it as is so you can see the extra 3 characters…. Again, my best guess is that those 3 characters were pasted in from your clipboard, and if so, what did you copy the link from and is that where the three extra characters come from?
As with all troubleshooting, that’s just ONE guess to check out and see if it makes any difference.
The extra characters do not appear when I copy the link from the library. I’ve seen the extra characters before in the chain button. I removed them as you suggested and the link works. Thanks.
