This observer feels it is some of the best work by ChatGPT to date, as it took the viewpoints of so many different “players” into account. Which is usually beyond what we humans tend to do in terms of melding comprehensive collections of stakeholders interests.
This insight is also useful in that it seems to reveal some of the implementation challenges ahead: so many different interests to take into account.
Those with their feet on the ground often comment it’s one thing to be enthusiastic about innovation, it’s another thing to figure out how it can become widely used in an efficient ways.
