My ChatGPT o3 analyzed John’s recent chatGPT 5 page analysis condensed from Mary Meeker’s 340 page deck, “State of AI 2025”. John also had extra links to Nate Jones longer 47 page human commentary.
The chatGPT observed that the John’s analysis pulls out the strongest cross sector signals for-education, healthcare, workforce development, and asked how it could help me next. One option was a sector -specific infographic focused on the education sector.
The following is “AI 2025 Education Infographic”. Interesting how the ChatGPT also related the infographic to PSA without my specific prompt to do so.

Thanks for this Kris.
This is what we used to call “meta”…before Facebook took that word for it’s own…but analysis of analysis, layers of reflexiveness, and drilling down using “extra levels” of AI seems a productive approach.
We might also note this has echoes of what McLuhan called “feedback loops”… Also brings up the question of getting the initial query/ prompt precise if possible, and keeping an eye out of hallucinations by AI…as error in the first layer will compound as deeper layers are developed.
Obviously, one relatively simple graphic is easier to “takeaway” than 25 “important ideas”. And since the responses to prompts are “stochastic”, new ideas not present in prior responses may surface, so it’s not just rote summary, it’s new analysis too.
